As FNU continues to grow, we are seeking faculty to join our historic and innovative nursing school. Faculty members at Frontier work from their home offices with periodic, required trips to Hyden, Kentucky each year to teach at on-campus intensives. Faculty also attend the annual Commencement ceremony and on campus faculty meeting in October. One of Frontier's major goals is to increase the diversity of the health care workforce. Therefore we are very interested in minority candidates.
Faculty work together closely through Google Apps for Education, virtual meetings and conference calls. Teaching is done using the CANVAS Learning Management system enhanced with conference calls, on-line chats, web conferencing, etc.
